Recruitment fraud follows a script
Job scams are unusually formulaic. They interview over a messaging app rather than by video, they hire quickly and without much scrutiny, they ask for bank details before any paperwork, they send a cheque and ask you to buy equipment with part of it, and they use a domain registered weeks ago that is one character away from a real company's.
Paste a posting and it is checked against those patterns. The output is the specific reasons a posting looks wrong, not a verdict - you keep the judgement, because a legitimate small employer with a badly written advert can trip several of these at once.
Ghost jobs are a separate problem
Some postings are not fraud but are not real either: roles kept open to collect a candidate pipeline, positions already filled internally, adverts reposted for months. They waste applications rather than money, which is why the checks are separate.

Can it tell me for certain whether a job is a scam?
No, and it does not try. It reports which known fraud patterns a posting matches and why. The decision is yours - legitimate employers sometimes write adverts that trip several checks.
What are the clearest warning signs?
Any request for bank details, identity documents or payment before a signed contract. Interviews conducted only over a messaging app. A cheque sent to you with instructions to forward part of it. Those three are close to conclusive.
